How do I choose my bracelet size?
Wrap a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist where you will wear the bracelet, without squeezing. Choose your actual wrist measurement in inches—not the bracelet’s buckle-to-buckle length. You can also measure with string or a strip of paper, then check it against a ruler.
Our standard wrist sizes are 4.5 in (11.4 cm), 6.5 in (16.5 cm), 7.5 in (19.1 cm), and 8.5 in (21.6 cm). Centimeter values are rounded for reference. View the sizing chart.
What if my wrist is between the listed sizes?
Request a custom order before purchasing and include your actual wrist measurement in inches. We’ll confirm the size and ordering details with you.
Can I choose different colors or a different weave?
For a custom bracelet, send your preferred weave, main color, and accent color. Our core custom options include Cobra, King Cobra, Trilobite, Solomon’s Dragon, Dragon Teeth, and Shark Jaw. Browse the solid and patterned cord charts on the Custom Orders page. We’ll confirm material availability, price, and timing before you order.
Named designs use the colors and weave shown in their listings unless a custom order is agreed. Toxic Stitch keeps its signature colors and pattern; only wrist size can be selected.
How do I place a custom order?
Use our contact form and include the product type, quantity, weave, main and accent colors, wrist size in inches for bracelets, and any matching pieces or special requests. A request is an inquiry; we’ll confirm your design, final price, and ordering details before payment.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Color charts are illustrated guides. Shades and patterns may vary slightly, so we’ll confirm your chosen cord for custom orders. Check each product’s description for the color combination being offered.
How long will my order take, and what does shipping cost?
Processing depends on the product, customization, and current order volume. Your estimated processing time will be provided when you order. Shipping time is separate, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates depend on the method and destination and are not guaranteed. Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we’ll provide it after your order ships. If you need an update, contact us with your order details.
Can I return my order?
For eligible returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition; approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval. Personalized or custom-made pieces, including items made to your requested size or color combination, cannot be returned for change of mind. If we made an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll work with you on a resolution. Read the full return and refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. For shipping damage, keep the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. If the problem is our fault, we’ll cover any necessary return shipping.
How should I care for my bracelet?
For routine cleaning, gently hand-wash with mild soap and cool water, rinse, and let it air-dry completely. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, and high heat. Check the cord and buckle regularly for wear.
