RB Knot Works Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 30, 2026
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Handmade Variations
RB Knot Works offers handcrafted paracord bracelets, keychains, lanyards, leashes, and custom items. Slight variations in weave, dimensions, and appearance are part of the handmade process. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings.
Orders and Payments
Payment is required before an order is processed unless we agree otherwise. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before checkout.
If an item becomes unavailable or a listing contains an error, we will contact you before proceeding with a change. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund any payment collected.
Custom Orders and Sizing
Please review your measurements, colors, weave selections, personalization, and shipping address before submitting your order. We create custom items based on the details you provide.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has begun or the order has shipped.
Processing and Shipping
Processing time varies by product and order complexity. Any stated processing or delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval and must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind. Items that are defective, arrive damaged, or were made incorrectly remain eligible for assistance.
Please see our Return & Refund Policy for complete details, including shipping costs and refund processing.
Product Use and Care
Our paracord products are not intended for climbing, rappelling, fall protection, or other life-safety uses. Cord strength ratings do not establish the load capacity of a finished product.
Inspect items regularly for wear, damaged hardware, or loose cord. Stop using damaged products. For pet products, choose an appropriate size and supervise use; do not use them for unattended tie-outs.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
Website Content
RB Knot Works branding, original photographs, and original website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that purchase.
